2007 NFC championship game Bears 39 Saints 14

Rex Grossman's tumultuous season will end with a trip to the Super Bowl.

The New Orleans Saints had to settle for their magical season ending at Soldier Field.

Grossman avoided the mistakes that the Saints were unable to as the Chicago Bears advanced to the Super Bowl for the first time in 21 years with a 39-14 victory in the 2007 NFC championship game.

Bears are now through to Superbowl XLI to face either the Pats or the Colts.
