Brett Favre threw six touchdowns (a career-high ) as the New York Jets beat the Arizona Cardinals 56-35.
Favre completed 24-of-34 attempts for 289 yards and helped the Jets build a 34-0 half-time lead despite being held scoreless in the first quarter.
